The agreement between you and Rescue, in plain sentences.
Rescue is operated by Hafid Boulaoutaq, auto-entrepreneur registered in Morocco under law 114-13, at [YOUR ADDRESS] ("Rescue", "we"). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind it.
Rescue watches your Lemon Squeezy or Paddle account for failed subscription payments and sends the recovery emails you configure, each containing a link to the platform's own card-update page.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. One account per seller; you may connect as many of your own stores as you like.
You are the sender of every email Rescue delivers for you. That means you must:
You may not use Rescue for cold outreach, marketing campaigns, purchased lists, or anything unrelated to recovering a failed payment. Doing so puts every other seller's deliverability at risk, and is grounds for immediate suspension.
Rescue costs $49 per month for accounts created during the founder period, and that price holds for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. Standard pricing is $99 per month. Fees are billed monthly in advance, exclusive of any taxes you may owe. Prices may change for new customers at any time; existing customers get at least 30 days' notice before any change affects them.
Cancel whenever you like from your account settings โ access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing further is charged. Within the first 14 days of your first paid month, email us and you'll get a full refund, no questions. After that, part-months aren't refunded.
Rescue aims for high availability but does not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages at Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Resend, Supabase or the hosting provider, and events outside our control can all interrupt it. No uptime SLA is offered at this price.
Whether a customer updates their card is their decision. Rescue makes no promise about recovery rates, revenue recovered, or deliverability of any individual email, and none of the figures shown on the website are a forecast of your results.
You keep all rights to your data, your email content and your customer relationships. You grant Rescue only the permission needed to run the service for you. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, doesn't pay, or is causing harm to other users or to our sending reputation. Where the situation allows it, you'll get notice and a chance to fix the problem first. You can close your account at any time. On closure, your data is deleted according to the retention periods in the privacy policy โ export anything you need beforehand.
Rescue is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent the law allows, Rescue is not liable for lost revenue, lost customers, lost data or indirect losses, and total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may change as the product grows. Material changes are emailed to you at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use Rescue after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of [YOUR CITY], Morocco have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, this doesn't remove the protections of your local law.
